This week I want to tackle some of the food that's from my mom's country. It's going to take some shopping, checking out some Mexican Markets, and loooooots of pictures, but it'll be fun!!! The following pictures are some of the things I want to cook/bake :)

Ensalada
I will try the pupusas and the yucca con chicarones. I will not try the funky looking drinks or the platanos or the empanadas. :P The empanadas are just too... I dunno sweet or something. You make me want to look into starting my own cooking show for Italian food. :P
